Our Supported Living Accommodation
Prompt Healthcare Staffing have designed the house to provide real homes so that Service Users can enjoy a high quality of life, whether long or short term, in a friendly environment where they are safe, comfortable, happy and stimulated.
We offer a range of services and high quality, safe accommodation which supports, guides and integrates 16 year olds and above into the community
Prompt Healthcare work in partnership with social care, health colleagues, individuals and their families to ensure that the people living in our services can reach their potential for good health and quality of life.
Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan.
We help to ensure that the people we support live in accommodation where they are protected from danger and where they can develop skills for daily living activities and maintain their autonomy while living in a shared accommodation.
Some examples of how we have supported people include:
- Working towards independence with personal care tasks
- Skills building to manage money
- Travel training to gain confidence and independence
- Learning to stay healthy and exercising
- Support with medication and health appointments
- Discovering new hobbies, getting out and having fun!
- Accessing vocational training and work experience
- Managing correspondence and bills
- Building social skills and expanding social circles
